Shane Ison started in upholstery straight from school, learning the craft hands-on across bespoke domestic sofas and, later, large-scale commercial contracts. After seeing how corners were cut in the industry, he founded Red Kite Furniture to do it properly. Today the Norwich workshop turns wood, foam and fabric into pieces that hold up under the pressure of a full dining room, with a small, skilled team that treats every project the same way: your business is our business.
